credEcardplus mobile app allows you secure access to your account via your mobile phone. The mobile version offers many of the popular features of our desktop service and is now available from the App Store and Google Play.
The credEcard app allows you to:

When registered for credEcardplus, all you need are your security details (i.e. your Personal ID and Password). If you are logging in using your, Android phone, iPhone or iPad, click on the app that you have downloaded to your phone and use your existing online account log in details.
We do not store any account information on your phone. However it is worth setting up a password lock to access your phone that will help you protect your phone data.
Yes, there are a few measures you could take to protect your phone:

  • Always make sure that your phone’s operating system is up to date.
  • Check if there are any compatible anti-virus packages you can download.
  • Be careful with the apps you download especially those from unregulated sources or app stores – check reviews and comments first and be wary of apps that request permission to access sensitive content and functionality such as SMS.
credEcardplus does not charge its customers to use the credEcardplus app. but dependent upon your data plan, you may be charged by your mobile service provider to access the mobile Internet. If you are not sure then check with them first.
